Linda Parelli Horse Makeover
This is the official subscription form for the Horse Makeover with Linda Parelli on October 14th.
Please fill out the form completely. The questions may be answered in Dutch or English. Please be aware that a thorough description will improve your chances of being selected. This is a VERY unique opportunity, for which we expect a likewise investment.

The participant(s) will be selected on the described problem. The organisation of EquiDay will make a shortlist, those candidates will be asked to answer some extra questions and make a video of their horse, preferably showing the problem (although we understand that this is not always possible)  with the help of the videos, Linda herself will pick the candidate that she thinks will be the most interesting for the demo.
