Are you interested in learning more about economics and entrepreneurship, and how it can be used to combat social inequities? If so, register for “Challenging Social Issues Through Economics and Entrepreneurship”, an event hosted by the Junior Economic Club in collaboration with the Council for Economic Education!
The event will be held on Sunday, May 2nd from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM EDT.
The event will feature Willene A. Johnson, Former Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York; Amelia O'Rourke-Owens, Associate Director at America Saves; and Alden Richards, Lecturer at Brown and Yale University. You will have the opportunity to participate in live Q&A sessions, meet others from across the U.S, and take part in a social entrepreneurship activity. In doing so, you will find yourself better prepared to develop your own initiatives and pursue a career in economics.
