For students who are graduating this school year, may wish to use GA Futures to make a request. Otherwise, there is a $5.00 fee.
The same procedure is also applied to those needing an official transcript provided to an employer.
Once we receive the form and payment per county procedure, we will have the information required to pull the final transcript and send it to the identified destinations as needed.
