JOHN BIRKHEAD MEMORIAL SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION 2019
To be eligible for this $500 scholarship, applicants must:
* have at least a “C” average
* upon graduation; attend a trade school, vocational school, college or university
* have participated in high school sports for four years
* have faced and overcome a challenge or handicap in your athletic career
* participate in an interview process
