Vendor Application Form for 12/21 MINI MARKET

Welcome Vendors! 🎉

Thanks for your interest in the Traffic Jam Mini Makers Market - a market for the Mini's, young entrepreneurs and creatives. 17 and younger, must me accompanied by an adult. It will be alongside the regular Traffic Jam.

What to Know:

  • Applications are reviewed; spots aren’t guaranteed, we will email you once approved. 

  • We prioritize handmade arts & crafts for the mini makers market! Most of your items should reflect your own craft and creativity. While we don't ask for pictures, we may email you back for some. 

  • Mini makers ages 7-17 are welcome to apply and are required to have an adult present at all times - with some exceptions. If you believe your vendor is mature enough to be alone, please let us know. We just don't have proper supervision for younger children. 

  • As with the regular Traffic Jam,  A 10x10 easy-up or umbrella is recommended - not required, it can get hot without one. A table is required. We do have 2 EZ up tents for rent. Also there is no electricity. 

  • Approvals go out via email in batches by category. We will shoot you an email within a week.  

  • Once approved via email, payment (or arrangements) is due within 5 days to confirm your spot. Unpaid spots go to the waitlist. Please respond to our emails even if you need time to pay, we just want confirmation that you are committed. 

  • Please be sure to put your vendor name in the "what's this for" box when sending payment via Venmo. It helps keep things organized. 

  • Applications stay open until full, then switch to waitlist.

  • We use email as our main form of communication. However, we will be asking vendors to provide a phone number so we may reach you in case emails are not being responded to. 

  • We will not be doing a separate mini market this time. Instead - all vendors will be mixed in. Please use the prompts below to indicate if you would like to share a booth or be next to a specific vendor.
