1. Important Notice
  • This action CANNOT be undone once processed
  • All your game progress and data will be permanently deleted
  • Any unused in-game currency, resources will be lost
  • Your in-game purchases history will be removed
2. Verification Requirements
  • To protect your privacy and ensure the security of your account, we require some information:
Your in-game ID ( Displayed in the bottom right corner of the game login ) *
Current number of Gacha Tickets ( Storage -> Item -> Find your Gacha Ticket )   *
Your Email  ( We will send the deletion confirmation to this email address ) *
Confirmation  ( By proceeding with this form, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the above terms and conditions regarding account deletion ) *

3. Processing Time
  • Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
  • During the processing period, your account will be deactivated
