If you sign this form the NE Ohio Reptile Show staff will assume you have read and understand everything and will be held responsible for any rules or regulations not followed. If you have any questions or do not understand anything, please ask BEFORE returning this form.

SHOW INFO
●Shows are are every other month beginning in February and always on a Sunday from 9am-3pm. Setup begins at 6:45am. *We do not get in the building until 6:30am and need to do a few things before vendors arrive so we ask you to please wait until 6:45 to begin setup.* Please allow yourself enough time to be ready by 9am. Tear down begins at the conclusion of the show, and must be completed by 5pm.
●When entering the show, please check with the front table for the location of your tables. The layout is done by our venue to their codes.
***Please do not add or move tables! Moving tables or taking another vendors tables may result in you being asked to leave the show!!!
●Tables are 8ft long. Fees are $40 each if paid on show day and will be collected during the last 2 hours of the show; or $35 each if prepaid BEFORE 11:59pm the Friday prior to the show you are vending.

●Please break down any boxes and clean your area (bedding, garbage, etc.) If you do not clean your spot and our venue charges us to clean it, you will be responsible for the charges before returning to another show.
●You are expected to be present & set up BEFORE the show starts at 9am and remain at the show until its conclusion at 3pm. *If the show has slowed down you may begin tearing down at 2:45* If you need to leave early, please let the staff know before the show starts. If you leave early without letting the staff know you will lose your spot for the next show.
● ANY rudeness, disrespect, yelling and or physical contact with another person, vendor, patron, or staff member of the show will NOT be tolerated AT ALL!! We strive to provide an environment that people feel is safe, fun, and free of violence and drama, if you have any issues, we ask you to calmly find a staff member and explain your issue and we will be happy to help you figure it out. If you break this rule and we ask you to leave, you will be banned from any future shows immediately.
🔺️Cancellation Policy:
**VERY IMPORTANT**
If you're scheduled to vend a show and cancel within 48 hours of that show (including no-call no-show), you are still responsible for paying for the table(s) you reserved. Failure to do so will result in a ban from future shows until payment is made. We understand things happen unexpectedly sometimes; if this happens to you, we are VERY sorry but when we advertise a packed show and have a waiting list of vendors, it's NOT good to see empty tables on the day of the show and it's too late to fill those empty tables during that 48hr window.
Also, this is NOT a new rule, it's been in effect for 3+ years; this is a NO EXCEPTION rule!
