This form will be reviewed by SVBC staff, SVBC Local Teams, SVBC Policy Advisory Committee, and SVBC Board, as needed. These groups are familiar with SVBC's priorities and objectives and will use established positions to guide our actions.

We envision a community that values, includes, and encourages bicycling for all purposes for all people.
