Keller PTA Treat Day 2025-2026
Parents and guardians are required to read all the details and complete this form online in order to give your student permission to purchase treats from the Keller PTA during their lunch period on the second Wednesday of each month throughout the 2025-2026 school year. 
  • Students are allowed to buy one treat per treat day for $1 if their parent/guardian has completed this permission form. 
  • Bills over $10 will not be accepted. 
  • This form must be completed by 9am the Tuesday before the treat day (for example, the form must be completed by September 9th at 9am for the student to buy a treat on September 10). You only need to fill out this permission form one time for your student. The permission form is valid for the entire 2025-2026 school year
  • If you have more than one student at Keller, you will need to complete a separate form for each student. 
The following treats will be offered on an alternating basis (for example, in September Takis will be offered and in October Member's Mark Chocolate Chunk Cookies will be offered). If you complete this form, you give your child permission to buy any of the treats listed below:
