The Greater Greenmount Community Association is the non-profit organization that represents the Barclay and East Baltimore Midway neighborhoods. GGCA has no paid staff so we rely on volunteers to help us as we work to bring about positive changes in our community.

There are two types of membership:
Individuals and Organizations

Individuals eligible for Membership shall meet the following criteria:
i. Are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
ii. Reside in or own property in Barclay or East Baltimore Midway; and
iii. Pay the annual Membership Dues.

Organizations eligible for Membership shall meet the
following criteria:
i. Designate one person over eighteen (18) years of age to represent the
organization for one year and vote;
ii. Be a business, institution, or other entity located in Barclay or East Baltimore Midway; and
iii. Pay the annual Membership Dues.

-Each Member shall have one vote. There shall be no proxy voting.
-Membership shall entitle Members to participate in the programs of the GGCA which include electing Directors, adopting and amending Bylaws, and to vote on those issues referred by the Board for a Membership vote.

-Completing this form adds you to the GGCA mailing list so you can receive information about meetings, news and events.

Membership dues for 2020-2021 have been waived.
