AdventureX is taking place in London on the weekend of
7 - 8 November 2026, and we are now accepting submissions for exhibitors!
Do you have a narrative game, software tool or other project you'd like to exhibit at AdventureX?
Read the eligibility criteria and rules below, and submit before
11:59 PM on Wednesday 21 May 2026 GMT+1.
Eligibility criteria and rules:- VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CONTINUE!
Exhibitors must commit to attending AdventureX in person to present their exhibit in London on 7 & 8 November 2026.
The exhibitors can be a group of developer(s) and/or publisher staff who are involved in the project, but not anyone who is not directly involved with the project.
- Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own equipment to present their exhibit at the event. AdventureX will provide each exhibitor with a table, tablecloth, chairs and access to a UK power socket, but no additional hardware or peripherals will be supplied by us.
- Exhibits must be manned throughout the duration of the event by at least one person actively involved in the project who are able to explain, demonstrate and discuss it competently with attendees in English.
Solo exhibitors are welcome, but we HIGHLY recommend exhibiting with at least 2 people if possible.
Successful applicants will be provided with up to two free Exhibitor passes for the event. Any additional Exhibitor passes will need to be requested before the event.
- If submitting a video game, it must have narrative storytelling at its heart. In the past, successful applicants have included graphical adventures, interactive fiction, exploration games, visual novels and experimental narrative games.
Our AdventureX 2025 Steam event page contains a good overview of the types of games we have historically showcased, though this is not exhaustive.
- We also welcome applications for other apps, tools and projects related to narrative video game development or a narrative storytelling experience.
- Submissions must provide an accessible and playable build of a demo or finished product for us to evaluate. If accepted, updated builds may be presented at the event in November but must be stable and playable.
- Where possible, please provide unrestricted links for builds and double check that the link works as expected without being logged in. If your submission is inaccessible to us for review or expires prematurely, it may lead to your submission being rejected.
- Submissions for projects which have been included in previous AdventureX events/Steam sales are not eligible for re-submission. However, we encourage anyone whose project was not selected in the past to re-submit, if it's a recent release (within the last 2 years) or still in development.
For further details about our selection process, check out the Apply to Exhibit page on our website
adventurexpo.orgApplications close at: 11:59 PM on Wednesday 21 May 2026 GMT+1.
IMPORTANT!
We aim to contact applicants no later than Monday 20 July 2026. Successful applicants will need to respond promptly with confirmation of attendance before your submission is officially selected for inclusion as an exhibitor.
If we do not receive your confirmation by Monday 3 August 2026, we will be forced to reach out to runner-ups and cannot guarantee that your submission can be included in the event.
