Please complete the form below if you wish to request school counseling services for you child at Arete Charter School. If you have any questions please reach out to the school counselor, Kristi Creighton, at kcreighton@prsd.us.

Ms. Creighton has a specific schedule due to her split time at both Magnolia Intermediate School and Arete Charter School. She will meet with your student as soon as possible when she is at Arete's campus.
