VHSaaS Conversion Request
Since March of 2017, the Kirkwood Public Library has been a pioneer in the field of video conversion service. Our VHSaaS (VHS as a Service) Conversions have helped to preserve a multitude of video taped family memories.

Our service converts analog video tapes onto a DVD or a .MP4 file saved on a USB flash drive (you must provide your own USB flash drive). We are unable to convert copyrighted material.

This form contains all the information you need to utilize the service. Please read this form in it's entirety and fill out all sections to reserve your place on our conversion queue. Estimated time for conversion depends on our queue size and can be up to 2+ weeks.

We accept conversion requests from NO MORE THAN 2 ADULT (18+) MEMBERS OF A HOUSEHOLD. Each person must complete a request form every time they wish to drop off materials. Each person is responsible for dropping off and picking up their own items. Tapes may not be dropped off or picked up for another person.

Kirkwood Public Library reserves the right to CLOSE this form for any amount of time as deemed necessary. When this form is closed, no new reservations for service may be made until the form is reOPENed.
