NOEEN City Seats 2022-2023 Interest Form
Welcome to the 2022-2023 interest form for NOEEN City Seats Programming at your qualifying Type III Early Learning Center!

As of February 2022, the City Seats Program is not projecting an expansion of new seats to new providers.  To ensure continuity of care, the February 2022 CFR is ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT PROVIDERS unless additional funding is identified.

If additional funding sources to support new seats is secured, we will reopen the CFR for new providers. The early care and education millage on the April 30 ballot intends to expand early care and education funding in Orleans parish. If it passes, this funding will greatly expand the city seats program. Please complete this interest form if you are interested in becoming a future provider.
