We are excited to welcome you to this years Great Lakes Student Paleoconference this fall, November 10th - 12th here in Ann Arbor, Michigan. GLSP 2023 will be hosted by the University of Michigan Museum of Paleontology and the Earth and Environmental Sciences Department.

The registration fee will be $20 for all attendants and any leftover funds will be donated to GLSP 2024. Please submit your payments to @LinzDeHaan via Venmo (QR code below).

Presentation options this year are going to be handled a bit differently. There will be no 12 minute talks. Instead we are introducing 5 minute lighting talks (followed by a one minute Q&A) and a standard poster session will still be held. Only talk and poster titles are to be submitted. We will not require abstracts. Emails regarding talk title submission and acceptance will be sent out in the following weeks after registration has closed.

Housing/accommodations in Ann Arbor can be limited and expensive, especially during football season.

We are going to do our best to provide housing for as many attendants as possible. Graduate students, faculty, post docs and undergraduate researchers in the paleo community here at UM are going to provide as much free housing as possible for attendants.

We are going prioritize finding free housing to undergraduates and graduate students who do not have travel support. Please fill in your housing accommodation preference.

If yourself, or your lab group is thinking about providing their own accommodations here in Ann Arbor then please let us know below.
