Steps
Please email hearnmedia@gmail.com with any questions or follow-ups.
  1. Review the Gallery and find your photo.
  2. Record the 1 or 2 number file name of your photo (will be needed for purchase).
  3. Review the different types of backgorunds on this form. 
  4. Determine if you want to purchase your headshot (white background) & virtual backgrounds.
  5. All purchases are made through the link at the bottom of this page. 
  6. If you are only purchasing a white background image - go directly to the payment link at the bottom of this form and order from there now. We will be able to contact you from your payment submission. 
  7. If you are purchasing a white background and a virtual option then fill out this form.
  8. *Note* You still will need to go to the payment link to complete the purchases after filling out this form.
  9. White Images are $50 and each additional background image is $10. Add each additional background as a tip. 
  10. All photos will be delivered within 2 business days of payment receipt. 
  • White background only is $50
  • White background and (1) virtual background = $50 + $10 (use tip option)
  • White background and (2) virtual backgrounds = $50 + $20 (use tip option)
  • White background and (3) virtual backgrounds = $50 + $30 (use tip option)
