Class Description

In this 2-hour class you will be introduced to a program of very specific exercises that will help you to learn how to hand balance and improve your flexibility. It is different from a regular stretching class or a workout because this program will allow you to learn the art of hand balance and contortion systematically and will give you the right progressions. All levels are welcome. Anastasia will adjust your program depending on your background, level and goals. Contortion is about your journey of finding comfort in uncomfortable at first poses. Therefore, our goal is to help you reach your goals with the most joy and comfort, but the least pain. You will be working towards skills such as handstand on the center with ability to switch the shapes of your legs, handstand presses, bridges, cheststands, anklecatches and more. The class will contribute to your overall fitness.

A punch card of 6 classes for 170$ (expires in 5 weeks from the first class used)
*If you're buying a punch card but going to attend only one class per week, the card will still expire in 5 weeks, and there will be NO make-up class for the 6th one you bought
