The SFUSD Induction New Teacher Support Program (SIP) supports new teachers to fulfill the requirements of employment and/or fulfill their Preliminary Credential Induction requirement. In our program, mentors coach new teachers to accelerate their growth throughout their first years of teaching. As a result of your mentoring, you contribute to improving teacher retention and to increase student achievement in SFUSD.
