Please complete one form for each child who would like to participate. 
Performance spots are limited. 
Performances should be 2-3 minutes each. 
A Hattiloo team member will follow up with confirmation and next steps.

Event Details

Youth performers are invited to sign up for a chance to perform live during Hattiloo’s Season 20 Kickoff on Saturday, August 1, 2026.

This showcase is open to young people with talents such as singing, dancing, spoken word, acting, instrumental performance, or another short 2-3 minute performance piece.

There will be two age groups:

  • Ages six to 11
  • Ages 12 to 16

Only 10 participants per age group will be selected.

Each participant must have a parent or guardian complete this form.
