If you are the agency, ministry or department (normally a government body) within your jurisdiction responsible for the registration or incorporation of companies or businesses then you are eligible for membership.
First year membership fees must be paid on or before submission of the completed application form and is valid until the end of the relevant calendar year. A receipt will be issued on receipt of your payment.
In order to better reflect the diversity of our membership, the membership fee we charge is dependent on your jurisdictions development status. This structure is based on the income level of respective jurisdictions with reference to the World Bank’s data, i.e. (i) Low Income and Lower Middle Income Group; (ii) Upper Middle Income Group; and (iii) High Income Group.

The fee for 2026 calendar year is as follows:
High income:
750USD
Upper Middle Income:
650USD
Low Income and Lower Middle Income: 400USD

Upon receipt of your application form the General Secretary will circulate the application to the Executive Committee for approval. On approval membership is granted.
Note:- If your application for membership is not approved, the amount paid will be refunded after deduction of any bank charges incurred.
