Please note that all fee-paying sections except for golf section, the annual section fees will start to apply according to the quarter in which member joined. E.g. If a member joins the section in May, he/she will be billed from April to December (3 quarters).

I understand that there will be no refund of the membership fee on a pro-rated basis for resignation in the course of the year. I also understand that my membership will be automatically renewed and the membership fee shall be debited to my account at the beginning of each period as indicated above (monthly, quarterly or yearly), unless I resign from the section in writing by the end of the previous period.

By submitting this form to NUSS, I hereby warrant that all the information I have submitted in this Form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I further understand that any personal data which I have provided in this form may be processed by NUSS or any of its vendors and/or subcontractors ("NUSS’s connected entities") both locally and overseas and I expressly consent to such processing for the purposes as set out in NUSS’s Privacy Policy (http://www.nuss.org.sg/data-privacy-policy).
