The SSAR Mentorship Program has grown drastically in the recent past and become an important way for meeting attendees to make lasting professional connections.
Each mentor is usually matched with 1-2 mentees and given a list of ideas for activities at the conference. Some examples include meeting for coffee breaks or attending a session together. However, each pairing has the freedom to plan according to their interests and commitments. Even something as simple as introducing a mentee to other colleagues or just being available for questions via text can make a huge difference!
Previous participant feedback indicates that thoughtfully making pairings based on career stage, research interests, and identity provides the best experience for everyone involved. Please help us make the best pairings possible by answering the brief questions below.
Please complete this survey by Monday, June 2nd. Final pairings will be announced in mid June along with further information.
