Re-discovering your passions and fulfilling YOU
Tell me about your current world - do you need to find more time for YOU? There is no guilt in any of your answers! I'm asking these questions in a certain way as I've been on my own quest to re-discover my pre-child identity and passions as a single parent, reviewing all areas of my life to enable me to do this. I've struggled, and I'm still going on the journey, and I have to remind it's ok to have crappy days.

ABOUT ME and Dancing Mama Connect:

I'm trying to make time for myself to look after me and get the balance to being a happy mum for my child - to keep me mentally strong and stable - and to try to get some balance of being a dedicated mum, whilst still allowing myself to grow and have fun as an individual. As a Pilates instructor, with a focus on supporting parents physical and mental strength through fitness, I believe it's so important to set boundaries to allow ourselves ME TIME (time for fitness, socialising, dating, hobbies) as a given right with no guilt for doing so. Where there is will, there's a way! I've also got 20 years experience of working as a Personal Assistant - helping people to streamline their lives and work more effectively, and I know there are cross-transferrable skills that I can use to help parents do the same. I've got plans for my Pilates 'package' to encompass all these areas, in the hope that I can help more parents (more likely to be mums!) to make the time to take care of themselves with the mindset of:
