GRCCO breeders to be listed on the breeder referral list must complete this agreement annually, at time of membership renewal. Include a $20 annual breeder referral fee, payable to GRCCO, in addition to the GRCCO membership renewal fee. The GRCCO breeder list is provided to persons calling the GRCCO puppy referral contact.

The GRCCO puppy referral contact will maintain an Alphabetical Breeders List which will:

• Provide an impartial list of GRCCO member breeders to puppy referral callers;

• List breeders alphabetically by last name;

• Contain the breeders’ name, kennel name, services (puppies, adults, stud services), e mail address,

  telephone number, fax number, as listed in the annual GRCCO membership roster (For lister’s privacy,

  mailing address will not be included.);

• List of brief comments on current or planned litters available for sale. Example comments;

  “Litter due mm/dd/yy”, “Litter born mm/dd/yy”, “Litter planned for fall”.

  In order to be eligible for inclusion on the GRCCO alphabetical breeder list, as a GRCCO member, and breeder of Golden Retrievers, I agree to the following terms and conditions;

  • My breeding practices are, and will remain, consistent with the GRCCO Code of Ethics.

  • I will maintain GRCCO membership in good standing, by attaining the minimum 6 points per year, as outlined in the Awards Amendment approved by the GRCCO Board at it’s meeting on March 8, 2005

  • I understand that the GRCCO Board of Directors reserves the right to review and accept this application.

    I will provide, to the GRCCO puppy referral contact, a copy of the following for both dam and sire of each litter or future breeding for which I wish referrals:

  • OFA or PennHIP hip status certificate;

  • CERF certificate or board certified veterinary ophthalmologist’s eye exam dated within 12 months of

    breeding;

  • Cardiac exam reports from a board certified veterinary cardiologist;

  • Pedigree showing 3-4 previous generations
