This in-person meditation session will include 8-form moving meditation, sitting meditation, and yoga exercises followed by a discussion of the book “Zen Wisdom.” (if you wish, you are welcome to join us for just part of the program.) A light vegetarian lunch will be served.
* All attendees may wear masks as needed and it’s strongly recommended that anyone attending this in-person workshop be fully vaccinated.
