DescriptionThis panel will provide an overview of the proposed Humboldt Bay Offshore Wind Heavy Lift Marine Terminal project, including its purpose and scope. Panelists will share insights from navigating the opportunities and challenges of planning for large-scale port developmentThe discussion will highlight community, Tribal, and environmental considerations from Humboldt’s ongoing experience, offering lessons and perspectives that could help participants prepare for potential future port development in Coos Bay and along the West Coast.
