WiML 2023 Volunteer Interest Form
Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering for WiML 2023! Our in-person WiML Workshop will be co-located with the NeurIPS 2023 conference in New Orleans, Louisiana, on Monday, December 11th, 2023. We will also have a WiML Reception on Tuesday evening, December 12th, 2023.

We are in need of volunteers and super-volunteers before/during these events. Possible volunteering tasks include helping with registration desk, setting out signage, assembling name badges and swags, printing, catering, streaming engineering, surveys and raffles, etc. Volunteering will not prevent you from attending these events, and it is a unique opportunity to meet and network with fellow attendees.

Please fill in this form so we can assign you a volunteer shift. If you previously filled in this form, please **edit your response** to select your available times.

We are unable to provide travel/accommodation funding to volunteers and super-volunteers at this time. However, if you are an approved travel funding recipient, kindly note that you are expected to volunteer to help make WiML 2023 a great experience together.
