Fill out and submit this form to request a reservation for the Conference Room. Before requesting your time and date please consult the calendar below to  determine if your desired time is available. Please remember that the room is only available during regular Library Hours.  You will be contacted by the Library by the end of the next business day to confirm the details of your reservation. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in this room. Requests  will be honored on a first come-first served basis.
