Scheduling preferences - We only teach in-person lessons on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Virtual lessons are offered on Mondays and Thursdays.

Will the student be enrolled in a Charter School? If yes, provide the name of the Charter School. *
The process for enrollment is different for Charter School students. We are vendors for some of the Charter Schools in the area, not all.
