THIS FORM IS FOR FUNDS RAISED EXTERNALLY FROM ANY FUNDS RECEIVED VIA STUDENT ACTIVITY FEE FUND. Please submit this form before depositing any externally raised funds to your organization's account.

As per article 5.b.viii of the Finance Committee Document: "the Finance Committee encourages supplementing the Student Activity Fee Funding with member dues, money made through fundraising and sponsorships by outside organizations. If funding is externally raised, an Externally Raised Funds Form must be submitted by an organization before submitting a Deposit Request Form to the Business Office. The Bookkeeper will monitor funds raised externally, these funds may be used at the discretion of the organization."
