ARDC invitation to register as an expert
As part of our commitment to openness, rigour and transparency in our co-investment process, the ARDC is establishing a register of external experts. These experts will be available to review proposals submitted in our various program open calls.
For application evaluation panels, the ARDC will seek a balanced composition in terms of various skills, background, experience, knowledge, and geographical, gender, and cultural diversity, depending on the program and the availability of volunteers. The ARDC is not bound to the exclusive use of the register, and may at its discretion, invite any individual with the appropriate skills and experience to take part.
It is expected that individuals will contribute their expertise in a personal capacity and not represent their organisations. They make an important contribution to the robustness of evaluation processes and the quality of ARDC advice. There is no remuneration associated with this role and lodgement of an expression of interest through this form does not guarantee that an offer will be made. Likewise, your expression of interest does not commit you to participating if and when asked to.
It is anticipated that individuals may have conflicts of interest with some of the submissions that they are called on to review. ARDC has a process for managing such conflicts of interest.
