HiVAS² 2026 APPLICATION FORM
VAS² is a 9-day full-time program. Participants can apply for one of the proposed workshops. 

Please fill in this form with a brief introduction about yourself (max. 500 characters) and choose the workshop you would like to attend, as well as a 2nd and 3rd priority. To finalize your application, please transfer the Summer School fee of 220€ (includes a welcome dinner, excursion, and specific workshop materials) to our account below. 
Please note:
- the number of participants is limited - the application deadline is 10th of August 2026. 
- applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If the maximum number of participants is reached before the final application deadline, the open call will close earlier.

Please note that the number of participants is limited. As soon as we have received the fee on our account, we will contact you by e-mail to ultimately confirm your participation in VAS² 2026.

Cancellation policy:

If you decide to cancel your registration until the 26th of July, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fee. After the 27th of July, you will be entitled to a refund minus 50€ of administrative fee. 

For cancellations after the 15th of August, we cannot offer a refund.
