Tee times will be sent out via email on July 30th.

If you have more than one child participating please fill out and submit this form for each child. One payment can be submitted if you have multiple children participating.

Tournament Fee is $70.00. Payment can be made by cheque or e-transfer. Cheques payable to Optimist Junior Golf should be mailed to 296 Village Green Avenue, London, ON N6J 3Z6. E-transfer funds to shoptimistclub@hay.net - include the name of the golfer(s) as a comment with your e-transfer.

Several spots from this District Championships will qualify players for the opportunity to participate at the prestigious 2022 Optimist International Junior Golf Championships in Florida.
