2024 Summer Dance Workshop Normandy
If you are interested to participate for Dance Workshop with Moeno Wakamatsu in Normandy, please find the information (dates, fee, accommodation, etc.) below. To register, please fill out this online application form and submit. We will send you an email response within a week when you submit. After you submit this application form, here are the steps --
After we receive applications from 8 persons, the
workshop is confirmed and we will notify you. At this time, we will
also send you a link for making deposit to reserve your place. (Deposit to reserve your place is 50 € per Week.
Attention: In 2024, because of Paris Olympics, we made the summer workshop dates earlier than usual. Please try to find the transport before to commit to the workshop. Among people who send applications, we can put you in contact with each other for possible car-sharing. Blablacar is an option. By long distant bus, try to find destination Le Mans and avoid Paris. There is also an airport in Nantes, and you can travel by train from Nantes (about same as from Paris).
From 2024, if you are making multiple applications for different dates, please fully complete application for each workshop -- sorry for the inconvenience.

Summer Workshop 2024
It is not necessary to participate in all 3 weeks.
It is possible to take each week of workshop separately. However, for participation in "Week 3", please ask in
advance by email to moeno.wakamatsu@gmail.com as priority goes to
people who are participating in the other weeks. Also, it is recommended for new people to take two weeks
or more, especially if joining "Week 3". If participating as musician in Week 3, it is possible to join from the day of Lê Quan Ninh's arrival, Day 2 (workshop fee will be adjusted.)
Participation
in individual days is also possible, but not for Week 3. The pace of
the class will be with the group who takes the full entire workshop.
Workshop Dates and Fee
• Week 1 Foundation:
Date: 30 June to 4 July
Fee: 250 €
• Week 2 Development:
Date: 7 to 11 July
Fee: 250 €
• Week 3 Improvisation/Creation & Performance, with Lê Quan Ninh (percussion):
Date: 14 to 21 July (with rest/rehearsal day and performances. Lê Quan Ninh joins from 15 July )
14 - 18 July - workshop; 19 July - Preparation /Rehearsal / Rest; 20 & 21 July Performances
Fee: 320 €
Single Day participation (not applicable for Week 3): 60 € per day
Morning training (1.5 hour) participation for locals: 15 € per session
Fee Reductions: If taking 2 workshops (2 Weeks), 20 euros reduction from total. If taking 3 workshops (3 Weeks), 40 € reduction from total. Payment is due before your first class. If for any reason you are late with payment, the latest will be Day 3, before class.
To benefit from weekly prices, you must pay by Day 3 (before class) of the week you are attending. If later, the cost will be calculated by single day fee of 60 €/day.
To benefit from multiple week reductions, you must pay full payment at the beginning of the first week you are attending. If later, you will pay individual week without reduction.
Deposit to reserve your place: 50 € per Week. Non-refundable, Non-interchangeable with other Week, non-transferable.
Hours of class per day: 5.5 hours
Schedule: 10:00 to 16:30 with 1 hour lunch pause. Schedule can be adjusted with agreement of people.
