Vendor Booth Form
Due to the limited amount of booths this year, all vendors must be approved. Vendors will need to supply a picture of items they are selling and donate one item for the Friday Sale Preview Raffle.

To help increase foot traffic, the school is hosting the Silver Cross Basketball Tournament on the same weekend as the Bazaar. The Bazaar is advertised in the Holiday Bazaar Guide, published by the local papers. The Friday Sale Preview will have a $5 admission fee and includes five raffle tickets, and the Saturday Sale is free admission.

There are a limited number of small spaces and spaces with electricity. No tables or extension cords provided; please bring your own.
