This release for adult and junior archers.

I grant to Austin JOAD Archers as part of Archery Training Center, Inc., and its officers, coaches/instructors, volunteers, employees, agents and assigns the right to take photographs and videos of me, my dependent child at classes, practice sessions, or events held or attended by Archery Training Center for use in publications, such as flyers, brochures, newsletters, and magazines, and to use the photographs and videos with or without my or my dependent's first and last names on the Archery Training Center, Inc.'s website and/or its display boards, in electronic publications or other forms or media, and to offer these photographs and videos for use or distribution in other printed, digital, or electronic publications without further notification to me.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs and videos or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known or unknown to me, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs and videos.

I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless Archery Training Center, Inc., its officers, coaches/instructors, volunteers, employees, agents and assigns, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, whether on paper, via electronic media, or on websites, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs and videos, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.
