Please send an email to postgrad_hac@usm.my. We will review and consider new applications based on room availability.

Please provide the date you plan to move in or enter the campus. We kindly request a TWO (2)-weeks advance notice before your planned entry to the campus. This will allow us to better assist you in securing accommodation.

Please be informed that the availability of hostel rooms will be contingent upon the current occupancy. However, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for your request. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on room availability.

In the meantime, we recommend exploring alternative accommodation options outside or nearby the university that you can rent independently.
