Stride4Life Run/Walk Coaching Program
Participating in a marathon or 5K race event, whether running or walking, has inherent risks involved and could potentially be considered a hazardous activity. Not only the numerous injuries that you may incur by training and running in race competition events, but past history has shown that some runners have died during and upon completion of an event. You should consult your doctor before you engage in any exercise program and are properly trained before participating in physical training and any race of event. The Los Angeles Community College District, the Board of Trustees, its officers, servants, agents, and employees are not responsible for any injuries or deaths resulting from your participation in the Stride4Life Run/Walk Coaching Program and/or the subsequent race events of the Skechers Performance Run for Charities Program.

By participating in the Stride4Life Run/Walk Coaching Program, you are required to agree to the Waiver and Release at the end of this registration form.
