University of Pittsburgh is conducting a survey on servers and bartenders' experience of COVID-19. Please answer the following questions to determine whether you qualify to participate. If you do, our researchers will be in touch with you to conduct the survey through a 20-30 minutes phone interview. Participants will receive $25 upon completion of the survey.
