i. I give my irrevocable consent to have my testimony shared, without restrictions or limits, on all platforms of Joseph Prince Ministries, Pastor Joseph Prince, New Creation Church, and ministers and friends of Pastor Joseph Prince’s ministry and church.

ii. I also give my irrevocable consent to Joseph Prince Ministries, Pastor Joseph Prince, and New Creation Church, and their broadcasters, publishers, licensees, and assignees (collectively referred to as the “Authorised Entities”) to use and reproduce, without restrictions or limits, my testimony in any manner in their teaching resources, which includes all editions and formats transmitted/published in any medium/media/platforms and language throughout the world, including any advertising and publicity relating to the resources. I recognise and agree that there will not be any limits to the usage of my testimony.

iii. I agree to provide complete contact information so that New Creation Church, Joseph Prince Ministries and/or its publisher(s) and/or licensees may contact me, should the need arise.

iv. I agree to subject my testimony to editing for language and readability, and understand that the editing team will make its best efforts to maintain accuracy.

v. I agree to make no claim of any kind whatsoever (including but not limited to any claims of libel, slander, invasion of privacy, invasion of right of publicity, and/or copyright infringement) against the Authorised Entities in connection with the use of my testimony.

vi. I understand that my name may be changed to protect my privacy.

vii. I understand that this consent and release shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and I agree to be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
