New Tampa Players Summer Camp Registration
We are thrilled to be able to offer three weeks of summer camp opportunities for Summer 2022! Read below for camp descriptions, application process, and other details!

All camps are on a first come, first serve basis, and we will fill the spots based on the order when applications and payment are completed.

All camps are at Uptown Stage at 2200 East Fowler Ave (University Mall), Tampa, FL 33612.

Camp Descriptions:

1) Dance the Movies- June 13-17th from 9 AM- 2PM: (20 spots): This camp led by Jennifer Rosoff, PineView Middle School dance teacher, Penguin Project volunteer, and owner of the Creative Movement Company, is for children of varying abilities. Participants will dance their way through movie themes all week while learning some dance movies. Please provide lunch for your participant. Cost is $250 for participants. Cast is $0 for peer mentors.

2) Penguin Project Camp: Week 1: June 20-24th from 9 AM-2PM for young artists (15 spots) and 9AM-4PM for peer mentors (15 spots).

Young Artists will sing and dance each day. We will also have crafts, acting games, and end our week with a karaoke and dance party.  Please send lunch for your participant. Cost is $250 for young artists.

Peer Mentors will work with our young artists through the day and will participate in peer mentor training from our Penguin Project staff and leaders from other organizations, such as Gigi's Playhouse. We will have some fun activities and opportunities for our peer mentors to get to know each other. Please bring lunch. Cost is free for peer mentors and community service hours paperwork can be completed.

3) Penguin Project Camp: Week 2: June 27th-July 1 from 9 AM-2PM for young artists (15 spots) and 9AM-4PM for peer mentors (15 spots).

Young Artists will sing and dance each day. We will also have crafts, acting games, and end our week with a karaoke and dance party.  Please send lunch for your participant. Cost is $250 for young artists.

Registration Process: Our registration process has three steps and all steps must be completed.

1) Application: Please complete and submit the application below. We will fill slots in a first come, first serve manner.

2) Payment- Please send payment via paypal to:

3) Confirmation Email: Once the application and payment are received, we will place you on the list until we have filled all spots.

You will receive a confirmation email from Jennifer for Dance the Movies and from Nora for Penguin Project Camp Week 1 and Week 2. These will be processed manually, so do not worry if you do not receive an email immediately. It may take up to 72 hours.

4) Permission and Liability Forms: Before the beginning of camp, you will receive the permission and liability forms to sign and return the first morning of camp.
