Please note that as of December 14, 2022, Ringette Alberta has done a review to the Come Try Ringette process. Ringette Alberta will be focusing primarily on April and August events to have associations host them in similar (but not the same) dates, so that people looking for Come Trys can have a variety of options to increase the ease of getting to an event. *Other timed events will also be considered, but just note that the office will be focusing on marketing more for August and April events.

If your event has been sanctioned, your event will be posted in the events section on Basecamp, with the organizer tagged, you will receive a notification. Basecamp is also the home for communications and marketing templates.

Materials to hand out at events (tote bags and activity books) will be ready for mailing or pickup (mailing for non-local events, pickup for any capital region events). Please note that if registration is closing early, then material can also be sent, but materials are sent the Monday/Tuesday of the weekend before the event to ensure that numbers are the most accurate.
