Banks County High School Family Survey- Family Survey for Cognia Accreditation and Strategic Planning
DIRECTIONS: As the parent/guardian of a student in the Banks County School District, we value your feedback. Your responses to the survey questions below will serve to inform our Cognia accreditation and strategic planning processes.
Parents/Guardians who have more than one student in grades K-12 are asked to complete a separate Family Survey for each school in which you have a student enrolled. This allows the district to capture your experience with each school.
Thank you for completing this survey. All responses are anonymous. Responses will be collected through
November 3, 2023.
