The Community Engagement Center’s Front Porch Gathering represents UT's open door to the Austin community, providing time and space for community collaboration. The monthly gathering works to address issues of equity, disparity and access through active engagement and connects UT research and resources with community organizations and members.

All Front Porch Gathering events are held on a Tuesday and are typically 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Volunteer shifts usually begin between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm. FPG topics are as follows:
