Try to restart your HOPR node:

1. Launch terminal (linux / mac users) or windows powershell and execute the command docker ps to see your active docker containers.

2. Please search for an IMAGE name which is similar to: gcr.io/hoprassociation/hoprd and copy the corresponding CONTAINER ID which should be a string of numbers and letters.

3. Stop a docker container by executing command docker stop <container ID>, e.g. docker stop ea48eab1f0e2

4. Go to your tmux / screen session and run the command to start a hopr node. https://docs.hoprnet.org/node/using-docker
