The main event is from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, setup is from 5 AM to 11 AM, and cleanup is from 6 PM to 9 PM.

All volunteers will get a lunch on the day of. Volunteers who come in for set-up will be given breakfast, and people who stay for take-down will be given dinner. There will be vegetarian and gluten-free options. Please notify us of any other dietary restrictions.
The deadline to sign up for volunteering is November 1st.
