Registration as Delegates for attending FAMILY GET TOGETHER on 03 Feb 2023 and AGM on 04 Feb 2023 .
Dear Members of Alumni Association and Family members.
WISHING YOU A VERY HAPPY Diwali and NEW YEAR 2023
It’s my great pleasure to inform all my fellow members that we are going to hold our next FAMILY GET TOGETHER on Saturday 03 Feb 2023 at SHEGAON and AGM on Sunday 04 Feb 2023 at GPK premises Khamgaon.
This is just a pre intimation to you all ,to arrange your other programs in such a way that we can have a very good family gathering at SHEGAON along with Our AGM.
As per the request from our numerous friends , we are going to hold a family reunion and meet of our Alumni. It’s a great platform to revisit our own memories and share some of them with our family members.

Will be uploaded on our website and sent you suitably.
I am enclosing a registration form so as ascertain the Nos of Alumni delegates likely to attend single or with their Spouse.
For stay, you will be requesting SHEGAON sansthan on arrival as per the rules and regulations .
Each one of us to has to bear the bhakt nivas charges .
Necessary assistance will be provided by alumni office bearers .
(A) The delegation fee of Rs 1000 for SELF and Rs 1000 for SPOUSE for both the days inclusive of breakfast/ lunch/ dinner / tea and administrative meeting charges for both meets are to be paid into —
GPK Alumni SBI account no 39074480301 and Isfc SBIN0003282 on line.
(B) Alumni who only want to attend AGM on 04 Feb 2023 to pay Rs 400 towards Lunch +tea and meeting expenses.
(C) student members attending the AGM , charges are Rs200 ( pass out 2021-22 ) towards tea n lunch on 04 Feb 2023 .
