INSTRUCTIONS: In order to be considered for a refund, application must be submitted at least two weeks PRIOR to event start date. See the following chart for refund eligibility:
Sessions costing over $270, $100 is non-refundable (due to high programming costs for Paintball Camp & WV Adventure)Sessions costing $200-270, $50 is non-refundable. Sessions costing $100-199, $25 is non-refundable. Sessions costing less than $100, $15 is non-refundable.
You may, however, transfer the full amount of your registration to another camper or session within the same summer. If you request a refund, the nonrefundable amount CANNOT be transferred and is retained as a processing fee. For example, say you cancel a session costing $200 and request a $150 refund. The remaining $50 is retained as a processing fee and cannot be transferred. You could, however, choose to instead transfer the full $200 to another camper or session rather than requesting a refund. If you were unable to attend a session due to an unforeseen medical or family emergency (such as a hospitalization or a death in the family), applications will be accepted up to two weeks AFTER the event start date. For medical considerations, please also email a doctor's note to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your application to be processed. Our staff will email you once your application has been reviewed and a decision has been made.
