Zombie Scrum: A Survival Guide
UPDATE: Our book is released. Check out
for more information
“Zombie Scrum - how to survive the impending apocalypse” takes you on a humorous tour of why most Scrum implementations eventually hit a dead end, evolving into a system that turns Scrum Teams into Scrum Zombies. We - Christiaan Verwijs, Johannes Schartau, and Barry Overeem - offer surprisingly easy and effective strategies for getting back on track, both on the level of individual teams and the entire organization. The theme of Zombie apocalypse paired with an eye-catching visual style and serious, but practical, advice makes this book easy to pick up but hard to put down.
We hope that with a mix of in-depth theory and easy to use interventions, our book becomes the standard guide for troubled agile teams. If your Scrum implementation has turned lackluster or you’re simply not getting the results you’ve been hoping for, this book is for you.
The book is scheduled for release in November of 2020. It will be published under the 'Professional Scrum Series by Scrum.org'-imprint by Addison-Wesley.
