Tournament pricing:
U11 / U13 - $1450
U11 / U15 Female $1450
U7 - $1000
U9 - $1200
U13A - $1650
PLEASE READ:
- This form is NOT a confirmation of acceptance to the tournament you are pre-registering for.
- If accepted, the schedule will ONLY be provided upon receipt of:
- Payment in full no later than 30 days before tournament starts AND IS DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING ACCEPTANCE EMAIL.
- Tournament Permission Number Certificate
- Official HCR Roster (Teamsnap, Excel, etc rosters are NOT accepted)
- Payment forms accepted:
- E transfer to treasurer@scminorhockey.com - please indicate tournament and age
- Until payment is received, ALL teams who have pre-registered are on a waitlist.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If life throws a curveball and your team can't make it after being accepted, please notify us right away! Teams that cancel within three weeks of the tournament may forfeit their entry fee or face a $100 penalty, depending on whether we can find another team to step in. If you need to cancel earlier, no problem—just note there’s a $50 admin fee for cancellations before the three-week deadline.
